Roots Lacrosse is the perfect introduction to lacrosse for kids ages 4–7! Our goal is simple: have fun, be active, and learn the game! Players will learn the basics of lacrosse through fun games, activities, and plenty of opportunities to play. We’ll introduce fundamental skills like scooping, cradling, passing, catching, and shooting in an energetic, positive environment. No experience is needed — just bring a lacrosse stick and plenty of energy! Roots is all about building confidence, making friends, and creating a foundation for a lifelong love of lacrosse.
