Roots Lacrosse is the perfect introduction to lacrosse for kids ages 4–7! Our goal is simple: have fun, be active, and learn the game! Players will learn the basics of lacrosse through fun games, activities, and plenty of opportunities to play. We’ll introduce fundamental skills like scooping, cradling, passing, catching, and shooting in an energetic, positive environment. No experience is needed — just bring a lacrosse stick and plenty of energy! Roots is all about building confidence, making friends, and creating a foundation for a lifelong love of lacrosse. Come play, learn, and have some fun!

DEFENSIVE SKILLS SESSIONS -- Technique: one-on-one defensive training in footwork, movement, and positioning -- Footwork and movement: master the footwork that wins one-on-one battles -- Guarding and contact: learn to guard with physicality and control -- Off-ball positioning and sliding: master the positioning and slides that shut down an offense -- Communication and defensive IQ: read the field and run the defense

This Elite Offensive Training Session is built for offensive players of all ages who want to take their game to the next level. Players will receive high-level, position-specific coaching covering every aspect of elite offensive play, including dodging, shooting, stick skills, off-ball movement, two-man game, decision-making, and offensive IQ. Each session will combine detailed instruction with competitive, live-speed reps, giving players the opportunity to learn a skill, apply it immediately, and receive real-time feedback.
