BJ Grill will be leading development sessions for new and growing lacrosse players in the High School Age Demo! These trainings will focus on skill acquisition and fundamentals through fast paced drills and small sided competition! We are encouraging players of all skill levels attend so we can grow the sport in the city we love!!!!
